We want you to try KOLLAE with complete peace of mind. Here is our 30-day money-back guarantee, your legal right of withdrawal and what to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
30-day money-back guarantee
Use the product for a full month. If you do not see a difference, we refund your purchase:
- Time limit: you have 30 days from delivery to make your request.
- How: email contact@kollaeskincare.com with your order number.
- No return needed: you do not have to send the product back.
- Refund: issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
This guarantee applies once per customer and per order.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In addition to our guarantee, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason, by emailing contact@kollaeskincare.com. We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your request. For hygiene reasons this right does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery; in that case our 30-day guarantee still applies.
Damaged or incorrect order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, email contact@kollaeskincare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom.
