2. Scope

These terms govern all purchases made on kollaeskincare.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The version in force on the date of your order applies.

3. Products

KOLLAE sells cosmetic products (masks, patches and skincare). They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Follow the directions for use, do a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin, avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use in case of irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Results vary from person to person.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout, taxes included where applicable. Any shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is made at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout. The price in force at the time of your order is the one applied.

5. Orders

After placing your order you receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed upon this confirmation. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or stock shortage; in that case we refund you in full.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose an automatic refill, your selected products are shipped and charged at the frequency shown at checkout. There is no commitment: you can pause or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing contact@kollaeskincare.com before the next renewal date.

7. Shipping

8. Money-back guarantee and right of withdrawal

You benefit from a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the product does not convince you, email contact@kollaeskincare.com and we refund you. Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

10. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from use of a product contrary to its instructions or warnings, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Nothing above limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

11. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and other content on kollaeskincare.com belong to Spartan Celestic Group LLC or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In case of dispute, contact us first at contact@kollaeskincare.com to find an amicable solution. Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union may also bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
